The smart device monitors the room CO level in real time and the moment CO level breaches the acceptable limits; the exhaust fan is switched ON to let fresh air into the room and automatically switches OFF when CO level is within safe limits.
For any reason, if higher threshold is breached, hooter alarm is sounded and SMS notification is automatically sent to the nominated friend or family for rushing in timely help.
The smart device also monitors the room Temperature and Humidity level constantly, so that you can adjust the bukhari knob for your optimal comforts. Incase there is a sudden and excessive rise in room temperature; alarm is sounded and SMS notification is automatically sent to the nominated person to check out for a Possible Fire Hazard.
